Graham set the company up in 1995, having previously worked for Gordon Vick and Partners in Okehampton, and then managing the former Cornerstone office here in Crediton. Graham is also a former independent financial advisor, and has an excellent knowledge of all aspects of residential property.
In his spare time Graham enjoys cycling, often taking part in races and challenges, skiing and was also a former captain of Crediton Rugby Club. He lives near Crediton with his partner Julie.
Rupert has spent all his working life in the property market serving his apprenticeship at Helmores, before joining Graham in 2004 to become office manager. Rupert has a good knowledge of residential letting legislation, and particularly enjoys the challenge of property sales.
In his spare time Rupert enjoys surfing and distance running. He lives just outside of Crediton with his wife Holly, and their two young sons Bertie and Wilfie.
Sarah joined the firm in 2007 and oversees most of the administrative tasks from arranging and preparing tenancies to negotiating sale offers. Before joining DS&L Sarah worked for Thomas Cook and in the travel industry and has excellent organisational and customer service skills.
Sarah lives in Crediton and enjoys socialising with friends in her spare time.
Kathy joined the firm at the start of 2012 as a Negotiator and is currently undertaking an NVQ in Residential Estate Agency. Before this she worked at The Southgate Hotel in Exeter, undertaking a Front of House NVQ.
Kathy is well known in the town, her mother runs a successful florist, and she went to school in Cheriton Fitzpaine and at Queen Elizabeths. In her spare time Kathy enjoys baking and following local football teams, especially Cheriton Fitzpaine!
Sue has been with the firm since 2002 and deals with all the landlord and tenant accounts, as well as some administrative work.
In her spare time she enjoys property renovation and recently converted a barn in Morchard Bishop. Sue lives near Crediton with her husband Nick and son Lewis.
Chris has been with the firm since the beginning of 2011 as an inventory and inspections clerk. He visits all of our managed rental properties on a regular basis and reports back to the office and landlords on conditions and any maintenance he finds.
Chris is a well known member of the community being a former chairman of CODS, in his spare time he enjoys fishing on his boat and golf.
