We offer an email mailing list to ensure that you don’t miss out on the home of your dreams. Before you are bombarded with properties of all sizes and prices take some time to consider where you want to be, what kind of property you are looking for, the must haves, and your financial budgets.

The best advice is to view as much as you can, this will give you an idea on value for money, what is selling in the area best, and therefore what is likely to sell best in the future. If you find what you are looking for submit your offer as quickly as you can, your dream home is likely to be somebody else’s too!

Usually after viewing a property we will contact you for some feedback. This assists our vendor on how best to present the property, but also helps us to get a clearer understanding of the house that would best suit your needs.

When you have submitted your offer, we will take details of your purchasing position, how quickly you want to be in the property, and how you propose to fund the purchase. Once the offer has been accepted we will write to both parties solicitors and monitor the sale, keeping both parties informed as to how the sale is progressing. When all the legal work and finances are in order, contracts will be exchanged, followed by an agreed completion, and you are free to take possession of the property.
